I honestly didn't realise what I was walking into when I booked a Spinal Energetics Course in 2022...
Everything changed when I finally faced the truth about my past. For years, I carried the weight of deep shame and pain—burdens tied to a life entangled in addiction, survival, and the heavy costs that came with it.
I was running from myself, burying memories, and numbing feelings while pretending to be okay. But when the truth surfaced, I knew I couldn’t keep living that way.
Unraveling the body’s burden wasn’t easy. It meant confronting the parts of my story I wanted to forget, acknowledging the hurt, and forgiving myself for choices made in survival mode. Through breathwork, movement, and deep nervous system healing, I began to reclaim my body and my power.
Now, I bring this lived wisdom into my work as a holistic business mentor and nervous system guide—helping intuitive practitioners release their own blocks, find calm in the chaos, and step confidently into their fullest potential and visibility.

I stopped chasing and started coming home to myself—filling my own cup, living authentically, and embracing my true power.

Today, I lead a thriving Spinal Energetics practice online and in person, hold a studio in Kallista with carefully chosen practitioners, and mentor over 150 holistic practitioners to clear blocks, regulate their nervous systems, and grow businesses that honor their unique medicine.
