I honestly didn't realise what I was walking into when I booked a Spinal Energetics Course in 2022...
Everything changed when I finally faced the truth about my past. For years, I carried the weight of deep shame and pain—burdens tied to a life tangled in drug addiction, prostitution, and everything that comes with it.
I had been running from myself, burying the memories, and numbing the feelings, all while pretending I was okay.
But when the truth surfaced, I knew I couldn’t keep living that way.
Unraveling the body’s burden wasn’t easy. It meant confronting the parts of my story I wanted to forget, acknowledging the hurt, and forgiving myself for the choices I made while in survival mode. Slowly, I began to piece myself back together, discovering the power of breathwork, movement, and self-connection, and releasing the trauma that had been trapped in my body for so long.
Now, I get to guide others on the same path, helping them find peace with themselves and their bodies.

Now, I use everything I've learned to help other women live their best lives. That's what SOMA is all about—embracing who you are and finding your power. When I no longer NEEDED anything or anyone else, it all came in abundance.
Today you my multi 6 figure business doing Spinal Energetics online and in-person my Kallista Studio with some badass Practitioners handpicked by me, and Mentoring over 150 (and counting) Holistic Practitioners to regulate their nervous system and clear blockages to abundance so they can level up in life and business!
